Refund and cancellation policy

The US$50 fee allows an application to one edition; it does not guarantee qualification, advancement, or a prize. It is not refunded for insufficient votes, withdrawal, personal unavailability, sporting elimination, or justified disqualification. Cancellation by the Organizer results in a full application-fee refund.

Mandatory refund rights remain in effect. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges are investigated and corrected. Payment is refunded if the Organizer rejects an application without enabling the contracted service. Processing fees are not deducted from a full refund owed.

The reason and replacement date will be communicated. If no alternative date is announced within 30 days, the edition is abandoned, or an essential change prevents the contracted service, the cancellation refund or legally required refund applies. Credit for another edition will not be imposed. Minor changes do not by themselves create a refund entitlement.

Each brand’s signed agreement applies. If included broadcasts are canceled and no replacement accepted in writing is delivered, the paid portion attributable to undelivered broadcasts is refunded under that agreement. A replacement or credit will not be imposed.

If each broadcast has equal contractual value: refund = amount paid attributable to broadcasts × undelivered broadcasts ÷ total contracted broadcasts. For different values or other deliverables, the agreement’s amounts apply; the whole package is not automatically prorated. The signed agreement controls, subject to law.

Email info@3mendabatalla.com, subject Refund, with the payer’s name and email, edition or agreement, date, amount, reference, reason, and receipt. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Requests are free.

We will respond within 10 business days after receiving the necessary information and initiate an approved refund within the following 10 business days. General cancellation refunds are initiated automatically within 10 business days of the announcement, without individual requests. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline applies.

Refunds go through Stripe to the original method where possible; if unsuccessful, a verified, permitted alternative is arranged. The bank determines when funds appear; available references will be provided. Exchange-rate differences and bank charges are outside the Organizer’s control. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable official New York holidays.
